There are so many options to choose from – what works the best?

Sinusitis (Sinus) Description
Sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinus cavities and may be caused by a variety of factors.

There are several types of sinusitis:

Acute sinusitis: There is a sudden onset of symptoms like a cold with a runny, stuffy nose and pain around the nose, eyes and forehead that does not go away after 7 to 10 days. An attack will typically last 4 weeks.

Subacute sinusitis:  Inflammation that will last from 4 to 8 weeks.

Chronic sinusitis: Sinus inflammation symptoms that  will last at least 8 weeks or longer.

Recurrent sinusitis: Several bouts of infection and pain during the year.

It is estimated that about 37 million Americans will suffer with at least one episode each year with symptoms like hay fever, runny nose and post nasal drip.

Most recently, Johns Hopkins Medical School in America has shown that recurrent sinusitis is often associated with a fungal infection.

Other contributory factors will include food allergy reactions and inhalant allergy from existing medications.

Sinusitis (Sinus) Infection Symptoms

The symptoms of acute Sinusitis may include:

  • Facial pain or pressure in the sinus areas
  • Nasal Stuffiness
  • Nasal Discharge
  • A Loss of smell
  • Cough and congestion
  • Fever
  • Bad Breath
  • Fatique
  • Tooth or Jaw pain

Sinusitis (Sinus) Treatment Options
There are a number of available options including over-the-counter , perscription medications, and natural treatments. For some allergy shots can be helpful

People are encouraged to buy expensive over-the-counter medications that may relieve symptoms for a short period. For more severe cases, there are prescription drugs available that may offer some relief, but keep in mind that they will have some side effects.

Common treatments include Antihistamines, decongestants, Steroid nasal sprays, Allergy eye drops, and allergy shots.

Another option is to have a minor operation to unplug the sinuses and remove all the infection built up is a relatively simple day surgery operation but rather uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the symptoms usually recur after just a few months since the fungal component of this infection keeps returning.

To really get to the root of the problem, you need to address the "cause" and not just treat the symptoms so that they go away for a short time. Treating the actual cause of the sinus attack means you need to find and use a product that works on the "fungus" that is likely causing it in the first place.

Don’t look for any OTC product to do that or even a prescription from the doctor ( at least one that will not have some pretty sever side effects ) – but relief can be had by using a natural extract of concentrated garlic ( without the smell ).

What Actually Works
While there can be some relief with most any of the standard treatments and over-the-counter medications, generally the effect is temporary and returns quickly once the effect has worn off and often worse than before.

The best option is not an OTC or prescription item, but rather an all natural concentrated form of the active ingredient  found in garlic but without any of the offensive garlic odor. It is called Alligin and it can address effectively the cause of the vast majority of sinusitis infections – fungus.

Additionally it is also effective with allergy symptoms and can reduce or eliminate the sinusitis symptoms especally when used on a regular basis as a preventive.

Why this particular garlic product and not others? Simply because Alligin has proven itself to be far superior to any others available even ones made by the same company with a different formulation.

Dr. Josling, creator of the Alligin has stated that this is the best product they have ever created and is more effective with a broader range than anything else they have. Regular OTC garlic is not even in the same class and is not worth even trying – you will get zero results and no help for your problem.

Sinusitis (Sinus) Treatment Regimen

Take 2 to 3 Alligin capsules daily for 2 weeks followed by a maintenance dose of  1 or 2 capsules of Alligin  daily.
